Today Mel and I went to our friend Joey's, mother's (Nancy) b-day at Smilee's restaraunt in Sherwood Park. It was a buffet meal and was Chinese and Canadian food. It was good food and I was very gluttonous. Mel doesn't take advantage of a buffet meal like I do. She fills up too fast.
It was a suprise party that Joey's sister Trudy organized and Nancy was very suprised. We stayed for a while and visited with a friend of the family, Alexandra and Trudy's friend Kyla and Trudy's daughter Mackenzie. It was a fun time. Trudy took some pictures and will be posting them on facebook so we will steal one later and add it to the blog.
