Day 2 (January 2, 2010): New Food
We are still at Ken's Dad's house. Today he made "porketta" roast cooked in the campfire. Neither Ken nor I have had porketta before. Basically it is a pork roast that comes with a spicy dry rub on it. The other "new" thing about this meal is that neither of us have had a roast cooked right on the coals in a campfire before. It was really yummy! Thanks Dad!
