Tonight we went skating at our local rink. It is an outdoor rink at our community league. We actually helped build it a couple of summers ago. We really like it there but due to the weather conditions (-50 in December, melting in January?!?!?!) and our holidays over Christmas time we haven't been able to go yet. On Wednesday nights they have Men's Shinny on the main ice surface so Ken played hockey while I twirled around figure skating on the smaller ice. I had a great time skating, but twirled a bit too much and got a bit queasy and had to stop. Ken reports that he had a great time. He scored a couple of goals and made a couple of assists. It was really nice to get out and get some exercise and fresh air.
I am also happy to report that I finally have this blog up to date!!!!
